The IoT Hackathon that makes a difference and opens a whole new series of IoT events that will create an area to collaborate for technology developers, industry representatives, and investors interested in IoT opportunities.

We want to do the things differently and not to be just another hackathon usually organized in "closed-loop" way, where participants get some IoT kits as input and the award as the output and nothing else is happening after hackathon.

The hackathon is turned into an area with ongoing collaboration within IoT Hub and make a marketplace where participants can continue on projects and challenges and move them into real business opportunities.

The challenge represents the topic opened by IoT Hub member who wants to find a solution for the area of his interest. It can be award by a price and continue in further cooperation with the member. More members can open a challenge together and work on it.

In our ongoing effort to support the hackathon participants in their projects and challenges we are giving them an access to the IoT infrastructure providing mainly three subsystems such as data transfer for wireless communication technologies (LoRaWAN), management systems, hardware and software systems for collecting and storing data from connected systems, data processing for analyzing and visualizing the collected data.

The hackathon can attend individuals who would like to join or create teams such as startup founders. Opportunity for teams to find new colleagues. All participants are welcome to work on their ideas that can lead to business opportunities or can accept the challenge opened by the IoT Hub member.

During the event are provided drinks and food (breakfast, launch, dinner). Each attendee will get an IoT Kit (LoRa / WiFi).
